Job Description
Proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Bahrain labor law, LMRA processes, and handling HR matters independently.
Key Responsibilities (Core HR Functions)
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Handle employee relations matters and administer disciplinary procedures.
Oversee daily attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure full compliance with LMRA regulations and Bahrain labor law requirements.
Prepare HR reports, analyze data, and provide support to management as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience not required; 3+ years preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Arabic & English).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR systems knowledge is an advantage.
