Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Troubleshoot and maintain arcade machines and redemption systems
•Support and maintain POS and card/ticketing systems
•Install and maintain networking equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
•Monitor and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems
•Provide on-site technical support to operational staff
•Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
•Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and repairs
•Ensure all IT systems are fully operational during peak hours
Requirements:
•2+ years experience in IT Support / Technical Support
•Knowledge of networking and basic server management
•Experience with POS systems and CCTV
•Basic understanding of electronics is an advantage
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•Immediate problem-solving skills
Indian candidates preferred (Keralan preferred)
•6 working days per week
•1 flexible day off (Not Friday)
